CONSULT WITH BILL
Bill sometimes offers 30-minute phone or Skype (video over the Internet) consultations if his time allows and he thinks he can work well with a person. Because he doesn’t want to work as much as he has, he charges a lot for these consults, probably more than you want to pay.
