This weekend will be small group (10 or less) and hands on. I will guide you step by step through the process of creating your first streams of passive income.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel after registering, I will refund your tuition minus a credit card and administration fee (it takes me some time to process your refund) of about $50 if I can fill your space. Obviously, this becomes less likely the closer to the dates you cancel and there is no guarantee I will be able to fill it, although I will make a good faith attempt and often can fill the space.
In this small-group intensive weekend, participants will both learn about how to create and earn passive income and create products and services that can bring in income without putting in ongoing time and effort.

Hi, this is Bill O'Hanlon.
Some years ago I realized I didn't have a business; I had to trade my time for money on an ongoing basis. If I become ill, decided to work less or retire, I wouldn't have as much money coming in as I do now. I began to think about how busy I was and decided to change things by creating ongoing sources of passive income to support me now and in the future.
The results several years on are encouraging. I spend much less time working and have a fairly dependable source of income for now and into retirement. And I did it by deliberately learning about and creating passive income sources like ebooks, digital audios, online courses, teleseminars and affiliate income.
I have had people ask me to walk them through the process of creating, marketing and selling services and products to create ongoing sources of passive income and I finally have a hole in my schedule to offer a special weekend of limited size (10 people) in which I can give people the one-on-one, step-by-step guidance to start creating this kind of income.
But here's the thing. I am going to do it at my house (I hate all the hassles of negotiating with hotels and finding the dates that are open for them), so I can only take this small number. So, if you think this is for you, act now. I expect it to fill fast.
All you need is an open mind and a computer you can bring along. You'll have products to sell and know how to market and sell them by the end of the weekend.
Lodging/food/transportation is on your own. My house is a little outside the city. When people register, I will invite them to get together to share rides/car rental.
I would suggest you stay at The Sage Inn, about 15 minutes away. It's inexpensive for Santa Fe, but fine rooms and good service.
The Sage Inn is within walking distance from the Plaza (the center of downtown Santa Fe) and they also have a free shuttle that will take you there, but not all the way out to my house. Free parking is included at the hotel. Plan to fly into Albuquerque and rent a car or take a shuttle to Santa Fe. There is Wi-Fi access, complimentary breakfast and local calls included, heated swimming pool, in-room coffee makers, hairdryers, ironing board/iron, color TV and other amenities.
